I'm not sure what to rate this just yet. I certainly looks nice, but after waiting over a month for it to arrive, I went to install it only to discover that a part was missing from the box, the locking collar used to mount it to the sink. So I couldn't finish the job. Worse still, no one at American Standard answers the phone. I tried a couple of times and just got an automated message that they were closed (even though the paperwork that comes with the faucet says they are supposed to be open at those times). Very frustrating, and very poor customer service. I finally sent my request for replacement of the missing part in via their website. That was yesterday, no response yet. Granted, it was also a Saturday so I need to give them time to respond. We'll see what happens. I may have to return this and purchase a different brand.. Joe. North York, ON. Sat Mar 13 2021
