The USA version of this instrument displays barometric pressure in imperial units (inHg) and includes a reference needle for tracking changes. The brushed aluminum bezel and radiant blue dial are both bold and handsome. Its contemporary design is at home in the office, board room, or the modern living room setting. The barometer is equipped with a set screw for easy calibration. The back includes a hook for easy hanging. A reference needle tracks changes in barometric pressure. The weather station measures temperature (in °F), barometric pressure (mmHg and inHg), and humidity (%).

Heavy-duty pole to pole mounting hardware the EZ-HD-PTP is to be used with ambient's EZ-125-35m. Mount an EZ-125-35m to an existing sturdy mast (such as a radio/tv antenna, flag pole, etc.) with a standoff. Standoff varies depending on the diameter of the existing mast. Important note: For additional stability, it is highly recommended that you order two of the EZ-HD-PTP mast to mast mounting kits at a time.

Surprised to find this, met my need perfectly. Robert. AZ. Sat Feb 13 2021

This traditional weather station is both a work of art and an instrument at home in any fine study, library, office, or upscale restaurant. The rich, wood framed classic weather station measures barometric pressure (liquid). The antique weather station displays an air of quality and accuracy one would expect with a fine, handcrafted weather instrument from Ambient Weather. The concept that 'decreasing atmospheric pressure predicts stormy weather' was postulated by Lucien Video and it's the basis for a weather prediction device called a storm glass or liquid barometer. It consists of a glass container with a sealed body, half-filled with water. A narrow spout connects to the body below the water level and rises above the water level, where it is open to the atmosphere. When the air pressure is lower than it was at the time the body was sealed, the water level in the spout will rise above the water level in the body and when the air pressure is higher, the water level in the spout will drop below the water level in the body. Also includes a comfort meter, which measures temperature and humidity, and a comfort zone indicator.

Very nice and does swo pressure rising and rain coming. Kim. Ocean View, DE. Mon Oct 26 2026

This beautiful, traditional piece is at home in any fine study, library, or upscale restaurant. The rich, wood-framed dark cherry lacquer finished weather station measures temperature (in °F), barometric pressure (mmHg and inHg), and humidity (%). The faux brass bezels and mineral glass lens display an air of quality one would expect with a fine, handcrafted weather instrument from Ambient Weather at an affordable price. Includes a suspension eye and suspension ring for easy hanging.

The WS-2801a advanced wireless color forecast station is packed with features at a very affordable price and includes a logical, easy to read color screen layout. The WS-2801a features a color forecast icon that reacts to changes in barometric pressure, providing a forecast for upcoming weather in the next 24 to 48 hours with reasonable accuracy. Equipped with an atomic clock, time is set automatically via radio and in synch with the u.S. Atomic clock for utmost accuracy and automatically sets adjusts for daylight savings time. The remote wireless sensor transmits up to 300 feet line of sight (100 feet under most conditions) includes an LCD display, so the temperature and humidity can be read in both locations. The WS-2801a supports up to three wireless remote sensors (wh32m), available below. Optional calibration is provided for the utmost accuracy. Although calibration is optional and not required, the purpose of calibration is to fine tune or correct for any sensor error associated with the device's margin of error and inevitable sensor drift associated with electronic measurements. The measurement can be adjusted from the console to calibrate to a known source. Other features include min and max that resets daily or manually, barometric pressure trend arrow, and moon phase. Special notes and caveats - the backlight requires ac power to operate. The batteries are intended for back-up power only. The backlight will remain on for 5 seconds when on back up battery power only. The backlight will stay on if you use the ac adapter.

It is a little smaller than expected, but otherwise I really like it. The price is a bit more expensive than I would usually pay. It is easy to use and set up. Quality is good so far.. Stephanie. US. Thu Jul 16 2026
