his complete kitchen kit contains 4 stock pots in 20/24/28/32cm, a 28cm shallow frying pan and 5 matching glass lids. It covers all cooking scenarios, including simmering soup, stewing meat, boiling pasta and stir-frying vegetables.

A stock pot and a sauté pan will cover most of what you cook, and this pairs them. The Alva Maestro Ceramic Nonstick Set brings a 4.5-quart stock pot for soup, pasta and batch cooking together with a 4-quart sauté pan whose straight sides let you brown first and add liquid after — both with fitted lids. The multi-layer ceramic surface releases cleanly with very little oil, so a thick tomato sauce or a starchy risotto lifts instead of catching, and the aluminium core spreads heat over the whole base rather than a central hot spot. Oven safe to 400°F and compatible with every cooktop including induction. Ceramic is nonstick, not no-fat: a little oil, low to medium heat and hand washing keep the coating performing. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a 10-year limited warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.

One of the handy pans of the set! Its so roomy and deep! No sloshing over the sides and I can cook a large amount of risotto!. Mrs..bell. USA. Fri Oct 11 2024
