We had a number of issues with this order. Our first review was negative. But now we are updating our review because of the outstanding job Wayfair did to help resolve the issues. First issue: We had signed up for Room of choice delivery which was our bathroom on the second floor. The delivery company subcontracted the delivery to a crew that could not get it up the stairs, so they left it in our dining room. The delivery company would not return our calls. Wayfair told us to contract our own movers, and they would give us a discount which turn out to be adequate to cover the moving cost. Issue 2. We have seen reviews were people have had to cut into the cabinet floor and drawer for the drain trap. Although our drain line was near the cabinet floor, my husband was able to use flexible drain line to avoid any cutting (see photo). Issue 3: The back splash arrived broken. We were referred to the vanity manufacturer through Warfair’s resolution center. The Manufacturer responded very quickly with a resolution. Note: the faucet handle holes are on 8” centers. I ordered this vanity online which I was a little hesitant about because I could not see and feel it in person. I am so pleased that it was exactly as described and what I expected.
