The color of this sauna box is absolutely gorgeous—photos truly don’t do it justice. It has a subtle green hue that gives it a more elevated, spa-like feel rather than a basic gray. The overall design is spacious and well thought out, and it appears clearly intended to retain heat and steam efficiently. One thing worth noting for future buyers is the included folding chair. While functional, it runs quite small—pictured here with my sweet 5YO for scale—so most adults may want to substitute their own chair for comfort. Unfortunately, my unit arrived with a rip in the fabric, which was disappointing given that insulation and material integrity are key to this product’s performance. Because of this, I’m unable to fully assess its effectiveness as intended. I’ve reported the issue to Wayfair and am currently awaiting a response from the manufacturer. I’m hopeful this is simply an isolated issue and not reflective of the overall quality, as the product otherwise shows a lot of promise. I will update this review once the matter has been resolved.. This is a great steamer. It is great for one person, 2 is ok but 3 is an absolute NO! The “chairs” that come with it are literally toddler beach chairs. So tiny and low to the ground. An adult would not sit in them. Definitely buy your own waterproof bench. Just measure to make sure it fits. Everything else is great. Easy and quick to set up. The cords on the 2 steamers are short so you may need to use an extension cord. But they automatically shut off when water runs out and they only go up to 45 mins. You will need to get batteries for the remotes as well. (The flat batteries). Over all I gave it a 4 because the chairs are ridiculous, the cords on the boilers are short, and the plastic thing that the steam comes out of could be better quality.
