It was easy to set up and took about an hour. I love the look and it seems very study. I’ve had this for around 3 weeks now. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is I thought the frame was going to be black instead of brown in color so I don’t think the brown looks good with the gray top but overall it is very sturdy and well may but it was hard for one person to put together so it took three people to put it together and about three hours I would say. It works great for any time of year and we have really enjoyed it this summer so far because it has kept the bugs out and and have used the fire pit under it and been able to sit out in the evenings and enjoy it.. Received in multiple boxes and damage to exterior of boxes when opened we do have blemishes and I have made customer service aware. We had to proceed to put together because we had arranged to have help for install. The plastic peeling from all roof panels is the absolute worst! Im really happy with this gazebo! It was fairly straightforward to assemble with two people even one person can assemble this, and once it was up, it felt sturdy and well-made. The frame is solid, and the canopy looks great in the backyard. I love that it comes with mosquito netting, which makes it comfortable to relax outside without worrying about bugs. It provides plenty of shade, and theres enough room for a small table, chairs, and even a hammock stand without feeling crowded. The flooring and screened enclosure create a cozy outdoor space thats perfect for relaxing or entertaining. So far, it has held up well in rain and has become one of my favorite spots in the yard. There are some really cool features with this gazebo that I must've missed when originally looking at the description but number one for me is that the roof panels actually let in some light. Somewhat translucent-ish. They are not totally sun blocking which in the Pacific Northwest is HUGE. Assembly was easy enough. I put it together in an afternoon with a little bit of help. Arrived incredibly fast! It was really easy to put together. It took me about 2 hours to assemble the base by myself, and then my daughter and nephew helped with the top. That part took a little longer (thanks to a few snack and break interruptions ), but the total active assembly time was about 6 to 6½ hours. It’s already held up through some heavy rain and high winds here in the Chicago area—and that was before we even anchored it to the concrete. So far, I’m absolutely loving it. This will take 2-3 people to assemble (3 people for the roof to make it easier). If you are putting this together yourself you and helper or two should be able to get it done in about 6 hours or so. Once correctly assembled it is very sturdy and is exactly what we were looking for a more permanent structure. This replaces an all cloth (with metal frame) gazebo that we had and it looks like it is going to last quite nicely. The mosquito netting on the top is a bit of a joke. It isn't big enough to fit all around the interior roof. By the time you get half of the net up, the other half starts coming off the Velcro. Maybe it will stretch out over time? PRO's: - Very Sturdy once all assembled and mounted down. - Shipped with a lot of foam padding and hard wood ends to protect the roofing from damage. - Minor bends from shipping that could be bent back with pilers. - Cloth curtains and inner bug netting does fit all around (if installed correctly) to fully enclose the gazebo. - Cloth curtains also appear to be made of good quality fabric. - Says it will hold up to 3,000 lbs of snow, and wind gusts up to 55 mph. Where I live it will test this! CON's: - 1 of the 3 boxes is EXTREMELY HEAVY. It is beautiful, but hard to build, a lot of screws, which take an Alan wrench, all that could have been avoided with the use of buttons that click into place, but the worst part is the Curtains, the directions do not tell you how to put the curtains up, it took four times, with trial and error to figure out how to hang the curtains, if you buy one, you will know what I mean. But when it is built, it is so pretty, and cool inside, the neighbors have stopped speaking. That is when you know you have done good Just a tip, the heavy drapes go on the big bar with the tie strings in the outside, so you can tie the onto the poles with the seam Aligning with each pole The mosquito netting hangs on those smaller curtain rods, which angle out the wrong way to someone that doesn’t know what’s going on, I can zip them and place them on the small skinny curtain rods, making sure that the ties are facing toward the pole that ties them to the pole, And unzip them as you go, that’s pretty much it. Attractive and so-far sturdy. Only issue I have is with the assembly instructions specifically regarding the curtains and bug screens. They guide us not clear regarding proper placement of them. I am certain they are not installed properly but there is only so many times that I will put up and take down the panels before I surrender. The illustrations do not jive with the instructions.
