I found that I was quite frustrated during the initial assembly of this machine. There are limited instructions regarding the setup, although it appears really basic. Everything has to align, lid needs to be open on the cup, etc. In fact, I thought perhaps there was a problem with the machine but I stuck with it and found the issue was me, not the machine. I have never juiced before and watching the beautiful liquid from my apples, carrots and oranges stream out was such a treat! The machine works fabulously!
