My husband does most of the cooking because he is a better cook. He broke one of the jars from his last canister set, so I decided to buy him a new set. This one is also blue, but cheerful! He seems to really like it and the jars are good size. They are ceramic, so he could break one of these, too, if not careful. There is a seal between the lid and the jar to keep things tight, which is a nice feature.i also like the small knob on top of the lid .It helps removing the lid when needed.
