It’s a pain to put together definitely at least 3 people (for the actual set up we had 4). But it’s exactly as pictured and good quality. My husband prepped all the pieces indoors (bc the pieces are metal the sun would make them too hot to handle). It took us 3ish hours to do that. Built the “bones” .
