Pizza oven was packaged very nicely. No dings or dents. I put it together myself with a hammer drill and limited number of hand tools. It’s been raining so I haven’t used it yet. My grandson and and I finally put together the pizza oven. It is simply amazing. We made sure all parts were in the package first . Each part was individually wrapped and numbered for easy identity . the directions were easy to follow. I do recommend that two people put it together. The oven itself is very heavy.
