This lamp is in my guess bedroom it perfect thought it was smaller when I ordered but turn out to be just fine. The lamp base is glass with white soeckle inside it . The Lamp came with no bulb and lamp shade nice but be careful unwrapping it bin easily. Lamp came well packaged shipped to me promptly easy too assemble took less then five minutes.
