It’s a bit shorter than I was thinking it would be. Maybe I assumed it would be counter height. It’s beautiful but I am going to have to add some height with leg extensions because you can’t use the eat at bar with counter height stools. But it’s gorgeous. We love this island! I was a little skeptical ordering online and not being able to see it in person. The island is exactly as described. The island is sturdy, well made, and looks so nice in the kitchen. My cabinets are sarsaparilla color and Ive had trouble finding a color to match it that would have clashed (cherry colored or white). This antique black is perfect and the counter top matches the color of our dining room table and some colors in our counter. It took about 1 hour to put together by myself. Instructions were easy to follow. I plan on buying some stools to put under it soon with the overhang. One of the shallow drawers doesnt hang exactly straight but its barely noticeable.. Isabella.
