I do love these chairs! I assembled them by myself. I am 74 years old and it was easy Peezy. Each one took about 40 minutes. It would've been faster if I could have found the correct bit for my impact driver and if I hadn't kept dropping the Allen wrench. They are large! As others have mentioned, the seat cushion is pretty firm. They are deep cushions, but with a pillow from the sofa, it is perfect for an average height person.
