I am very happy with my chair, it is very comfortable. Some have complained about the intensity of heat and massage, however I am satisfied, I wouldn’t want it too hat against the material, as far as feeling the massage ball when you sit, it is very slight and I always use a cover for the seat so I don’t feel it. This is a slim line chair, light weight, very comfy & the controls for the chair are very easy to use. Nice size cup holder for water bottles & small soda size, not short coffee cup size, but task mugs work in the cup holders. The fabric is light weight & cozy. Very happy with this product.. Jenny.
