We are a bit disappointed in the product as it was not as advertised. The listing specifically advertised it as having the ability to reverse the direction of the fans. The unit we received did not have that capability. It has a fixed setting for one fan to blow one direction and one fan blow the other direction. While the manual referred to a Settings button, which apparently gives the ability to manage the fan direction, that button did not exist on the unit that we received. Plus, there was no ability to adjust fan direction using the remote. Based on our subsequent research, it appears there are multiple vintages of the unit and obviously the one shipped to us was not the one that was advertised.
