On the plus side, the file cabinet looks great and has nice features such as levelers, and a lock. Also, the drawers glide smoothly and rails to support legal-size Pendaflex hanging folders are built in.
On the negative side, Wayfair staff is woefully unprepared to answer questions about the product and in my case offered an incorrect answer to my main question as to whether the hanging folder rails came with the product. I had to call the manufacturer, Friant, to get a straight answer. Also, compared to my older American made file cabinets, this one is rather cheaply constructed. The sheet metal is of a lighter gauge than I'd prefer and the drawer glides and bearings are on the flimsy side.
At $600 this would have been a good deal. At $999 it is pricey relative to the quality of construction. The supply chain margins on this must be very compelling.
