Easy to assemble but definitely not the hour that was listed on the instructions. Took at least 3 or 4 hours. Had it for a few weeks and seems like it is going to hold up well. All timber is T&G plained to avoid splintering. This house is designed with a living room for sleeping, and a pen downstairs. All joints are mortise and tenon. 2 x access doors on both levels. The Spray wire is solid and Non-toxic in case your animals like to chew.

We absolutely love the design and quality of materials. The color is a bit more orange once you open it up. The real issue is the assembly instructions. My wife and are are very hands and have built many things. The main issue is that the order which things are assembled left some big issues towards the end.
