I'm writing this review to establish a record. My order for a pack of 2 patio chair covers, initially arrived with only one cover. I spoke to customer service. Was instructed to pack up the 'one' I received, was provided a Fed Ex label; and was to leave the SINGLE cover for FedEx to pick-up. Did this as instructed. Today, a second box came, again a single cover. . . .Not a pair. AND the return box was not picked-up. . . . . So - Wayfair, I am keeping the first cover and the one received today, which gives me two chair covers as ordered. They are quality made, good material and fit as expected.
