Pleasantly surprised with this one! It does puff up a ton, but you really have to follow the instructions. I shook it out, let it sit for almost 2 days, and then put it in the dryer for 15 mins. The dryer made all the difference and now it’s super soft!. Laura. New York, NY. Mon Oct 12 2026

We let it fluff up for 3 days. Its at least 3 inches thick. Imagine it would be fluffier still if you put it in the dryer. It gives just the right amount of cushion. Easier on the shoulders. Its a win for me.. Caroline. Maine. Thu Jun 04 2026
