Very disappointed with Wayfair/Birch Lane. Took 5 months to receive the fan, once received the fan did not operate properly also, Wayfair/Birch Lane advertises the fan with a light and bulb included on the fan. Don't waste your time or your money. I feel Wayfair/Birch Lane did not handle this situation properly. I know now they are a third party company aka middle man company. Very poor situation!. Vina. This is a beautiful and quality fan! I wish I could share a video to show how both fans actually spin around like the blades on a traditional ceiling fan. On top of that the caged fans can be tilted up or down. The fan moves quite a bit of air so it works perfectly in our 16x 18 master bedroom. It is also pretty quiet- the sound reminds me of an old school oscillating fan which puts me right to sleep!! Comes with a handy remote with low, med, and high settings.
