This was a very good option for kid's room that has a bunkbed. The adjustable lighting and fan via remote control is very helpful, as well as the timer option. We have yet to use the reverse fan feature during wintertime, but it is a welcome option. Very quiet, secure, and we don't mind the plastic fan blades considering it is in an energetic kids room..
