This cutting board is exactly what I needed with the titanium on the other side so I can cut my meat and chicken and fish and it doesn’t stain the cutting board. You can see some of the cuts from the knife, but it’s not too bad. I don’t recommend putting the cutting board too close to the stove or putting anything on top of it when it comes out of the stove, cause it can melt the plastic around it. I also suggest when you’re done using the wood side, you wash it with light soapy water dry it and put a little bit of olive oil that will keep it looking brand new. This is a beautiful item..
