I put the tree together and initially thought the lights weren’t working. I later realized the cord hadn’t aligned into the wall adapter, even though it appeared fully twisted in. If you’re having trouble with the lights not working, double check that the cord and adapter are aligned. The tree itself is beautiful but needs to be fluffed out quite a bit.. Anonymous.
