1. Due to vacuum compression and roll-pack, cushions and armrests may appear slightly uneven or wrinkled when first opened. This is normal and temporary. Allow time for full expansion, to speed up recovery or smooth out cushions, use a blow dryer on warm/cool setting or a steam iron carefully over the cushion surface.
2. Designed for a relaxed, lounge-style cloud feeling, this sofa has a static seat height of 16.5". The seat is built with an 11.8" firmer foam base for support and a 4.7" ultra-soft memory foam particle cushion for plush comfort. Because the top cushion is intentionally very soft, the actual sitting height will be lower than the listed static height after the cushion compresses under body weight. This soft sinking effect may be more noticeable for heavier users.
