Amazing quality for the price!

Services were paid to deliver & assemble furniture. Guys introduced themselves & brought the furniture in. Some boxes were brought in and leaned up against freshly painted walls. Ran into issues while assembling the furniture due to manufacturer defects. I had to modify furniture by drilling holes in order to assemble. Guys would not modify problems due to lack of tools & or liability. Night stand legs/feet & headboard had to be drilled. After drilling the headboard & getting components to work Gentlemen said they had to leave as they had 9 more deliveries to do and it was 3:30 pm. Bed was assembled incorrectly w/ extra pieces being left. Pieces were needed as assembly directions were not followed. Screws were loose & not tightened. Night stand & dresser legs were crooked & not installed properly. While assembling tools were set on new furniture w/o covering & protecting being susceptible to damage. I did inform them I would install the dresser mirror due to their concern of it being damaged if it was installed & then moved. Though they removed all of the boxes & wrappings, broken Styrofoam pieces were left all over & not vacuumed or picked up. I signed off so they could go due to the fact of the experience. They obviously felt rushed due to the volume of deliveries they still had left that day. In summary I ended up having to reassemble all of the furniture. Reassembled the bed in order to install the leftover pieces & assemble correctly, straightened all of the legs on both dressers & night stands, installed mirror on large dresser & cleaned up the remaining mess. Guys were nice but job was done 50% at best. Unrealistic expectations by company to think these guys could assemble correctly & make 12 deliveries. Overall experience w/ delivery & experience 3 out 10. As for the furniture itself, 5 out 10. We like the furniture but had higher expectations & feel it really lacks quality. Thought was built out of better materials. We’ll use it for a few years then replace. Will no longer purchase furniture online & will go to furniture store next time.

Everything comes already assembled except the bed frame. The quality is what you would expect for the price. Over all good deal.
