This exceptionally well crafted end table was hand crafted in a small wood working cooperative of master craftsmen in southern Guangzhou using traditional techniques passed down for generations. Following classic Qing Dynasty design principles, it features an elegant beveled table top for a unique decorative design. The convenient top drawer is carved with a an auspicious Shou symbol, a labyrinth-like medallions thought to encourage happiness and long life. Finely finished with a two-tone walnut and rosewood stain it both looks and feels beautiful.
