Beautiful dresser. Looks like an heirloom piece of furniture. Wish the drawers were soft close and the drawer bottoms were a little thicker, but I’d buy it again in a heartbeat.

Lots of parts but everything went together well. Dresser very solid and classy. Had one issue with a drawer glide. Wayfair sent a replacement part! We love Wayfair!

It's beautiful but not worth full price, especially with the cosmetic defects on the unit we received. There are a couple blunt (straight line) seams in the frame between drawers; jagged seams on the right part of the frame and the two middle drawers; and an indentation on the top of the dresser. The bottom of the drawers are low quality plywood that are not the same color as the rest of the dresser, but it doesn't bother me too much because I can't see it once my clothes are put away. The plywood is rather thin, so be cautious if you plan on storing heavy items in the drawers. Assembly took me about 4 hours to do alone and without any power tools. This time includes unboxing and sorting all the parts/pieces. It shipped in 2 boxes, and I thought they were pretty heavy to carry up a flight of stairs by myself. I would recommend 2 people to carry the boxes. Hope this helps! :)

Love the look of this chest but it was much more difficult to put together than the matching nightstands. The drawers also don't pull out as far as they should which is a little annoying but still functional. Overall, the style and quality of the piece is worth it!

It’s a beautiful piece, looks stylish in my room

I’m very happy with how this piece looks when assembled. The color is on the orange-red side and I wish it was a little less so, but the pictures online are accurate. I was disappointed to discover that there were no furniture glides provided for the feet. I had to run out in the middle of assembly to buy some. There were pilot holes for glides so it seemed odd that they weren’t included. Also, the feet were really uneven in the finishing. Two of them were significantly glossier than the other two and the colors were a bit different. I picked the two closest matches to use for the front legs. I assembled the piece by myself in about 3 hours. I wouldn’t say this is hard to assemble, but it is a lot of pieces and probably not something to be attempted by those not mechanically inclined. I was happy to see that there was extra hardware included of every type. It is incredibly sturdy once together and holds a lot. I also purchased the matching 8 drawer dresser and am very happy with how the set looks in my room.

I love the whole Afrida suite of furniture. It’s heavy and well-made for the price. They take a while to put together, but the instructions are easy to follow. I took advantage of the Memorial Day sale to get the whole suite at a nice discount. Bonus!
