We had our bathroom remodeled two years ago and the drain housing rim appeared to deteriorate. See attached photo. Since I originally purchased the tub parts from Wayfair, I was able to find a replacement part. Install was easily done with the right tool. Perhaps the hardest part of this repair was removing the damaged drain housing, but nothing a good breaker bar with the drain wrench couldn't handle. This sink drain just added the look we were after for the kitchen sink. I do however need to dry the sink after is cleaned because our water is hard and shows on the black.
