Kohler Co. warrants its plumbing products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. (the service life of any disposable filter replacement cartridges varies with individual use, local conditions, and consumption and thus is not warranted other than to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase.) this warranty applies only to Kohler products purchased and installed in North America, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America excluding brazil ("Americas"). Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustments where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal residential usage within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal or installation costs. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.
