Linen Avenue custom 9/16 single-cell blackout cordless top down bottom up (TDBU) cellular shades really are a great choice with an offering of six beautiful colors and the opportunity to fit within your window size. They have no lift cords and are easy to raise and lower with a light touch. The top can be lowered to see over the shade fabric as desired, while still offering comfort with privacy, insulation for lower utility bills, and sound absorption.

Please read the important information about sizing your cordless cellular shade below. Your shade will arrive in the exact size that you order. The minimum depth required to install the inside mount is 2 inches.
For the inside mount: measure your window horizontally with a steel tape measure in three places; top, middle, and bottom, use the smallest measurement, rounding down to the nearest ¼ inch then round down to the nearest half-inch available. This will ensure the raising and lowering of the shade in the window frame. For example, if the smallest measurement is 36 1/4 inches, then you should order 36 inches as the width.
For the outside mount: measure your window horizontally with a steel tape measure in three places; top, middle, and bottom. Using the largest measurement, add 2 to 4 inches and order this width. This will allow for an overlap on each side of the window to provide privacy. You may want to add to the height for overlap as well. For example, if the largest measurement is 36 inches, we suggest ordering 40 inches as the width.
Each linen avenue cellular shade has a smooth cordless operation. Hardware: end caps, simple snap-in top mount brackets, and mounting hardware are included. Headrail size: 1 5/8 high and 1 7/8 deep (2 3/16” deep with bracket).

For inside mount: if you would like to install the shade inside of the window frame, measure horizontally, at the top of your window sill. Using the measurement, round down to the closest whole number. Your shade will arrive with a 1/4" deduction, to ensure a perfect fit. If you would like to install it inside of the window frame, your window sill must be at least 2" deep.
For outside mount: if you would like to install your shade outside of the window sill, measure in the same place. Using the measurement, we recommend adding 4 to 5 inches to the width and length, to ensure full coverage.
