Warranty Details: Gerber Plumbing Fixtures LLC (“Gerber”) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that all Gerber branded kitchen and bath faucets, valves, and other related accessories or part thereof to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns it. All electronic parts are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years. Batteries are not included. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear of washers, O-rings and O- ring seats, sealant, and lubricants. Gerber will replace, free of charge, during the warranty period, any product or part thereof that upon inspection proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal residential application. If replacement of the original part is not practical, GERBER may elect to replace it with an equivalent part or refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are your exclusive remedies.
