Wicker 7 - Person Patio Conversation Sets with Cushions

Even tho this was a Christmas gift for my son it was just put together recently.it was missing the instructions and all hardware. I called customer service and was told there was nothing that could be done. I was given a phone number to call that no one answered. After finding the instructions online the hardware was purchased and the set is now put together. The guys that put it together said there were a couple other parts missing but they were able get it together where it was safe. Long story short this was my first purchase from Wayfair and my last.

Great value. Easy to follow instructions for putting it together. Really like that the cushions fit in the tables.

Love the way the set looks! However the cushions are thin so I plan to take advantage of an end-of-season sale to get thicker ones. Two of the items do not sit level. I ordered assembly; Angi sent one person to put it all together in 1.5 hours! Needless to say it took her 4 hours. She did a great job.

Assembly was not overly difficult but it does take some time to put everything together. If you follow the instructions the hardware that was sent will not be enough. I ran out of screws on the last item to be assembled, then checked to make sure I didn't use the wrong ones. Found the instructions use more screws than what is provided. Contacted customer service and have had no reply back. Cushions are flat, I will most likely have to upgrade them.

Perfect set for our deck. Seats are comfortable and big enough for me. Assembly was not difficult. Would recommend to others

I ordered the blue cushions. Love it! Seems very sturdy. I wish I had included assembly though. It would have been easier for us old folk.

Beautiful set, upholstery is very water repellent and 2 tables provide excellent storage for cushions.

The set up is exactly what we were looking for but the fabric faded almost immediately, even when I sprayed them with protectant. If you buy this set, be prepared to buy new cushions almost immediately.

Very nice set, sturdy enough and the color is great. Love the storage tables.
