• Shedding of loose fibers is normal with new rugs. Shedding will diminish with regular vacuuming, typically within three to six months.

• Handmade rugs have consistency and shine, which may affect the rug’s color. The colors of a rug will appear either several shades lighter or darker depending on where the light is hitting the rug.

• Due to the difference in monitor colors, some rug colors may vary slightly. We try to represent all rug colors as accurately as possible.
• Setting up your Rug: Remove from packaging and roll out a rug on the ground - we recommend pairing it with a rug pad to keep the item in place. Flatten out your rug by placing heavy objects on the edges. The rug should flatten out within a few days.
