This complex rug is created by tightly weaving soft chenille fibers into a versatile flat weave. These chenille dhurrie rugs were hand-woven by the village weavers in Bhadohi, India. Artisans weave chenille yarn through a cotton warp to create a tighter weave to ensure that each rug will lay flat and wear well. This flat-weave area rug is finished with soft white cotton fringe and is completely reversible. This rug will provide an excellent decorating piece that would be suitable for casual as well as formal settings.
