Wood accents warranty: teak and acacia wood components are warranted for a period of one (1) year to be free of defects in the material and workmanship. “defects” are defined as both cosmetic and imperfections that impair the utility of the product or affect the structural integrity of the product. This warranty does not extend to small cracks, teak oil secretion, lifting of the grain, nicks, splinters, cracking, knots, an imperfection in the wood, unevenness, cupping or bowing over time, the natural patina of the wood, or any of the described discolorations that occur through normal use as they do not impair the product’s quality and function. Teak wood is a natural product and subject to variations in color and grain. A gradual color change of the wood over time to a silvery-grey shade is to be expected and reflects the natural aging characteristic of teak wood.
