From Gunadi, this decorative bowl showcases the ancient Javanese art of batik. The centerpiece is carved from native wadang wood. The motif in red, cream and black is called kirno monda. Kirno means "a million" and monda means "better," thus kirno monda is better than others or "the best." The bowl is for decorative use only.
