This slipper chair has foam and fiber parts, built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at one of two nearby foam processing plants. These components are then joined in one manufacturing center where they are assembled into your piece of furniture. The fabric, sourced from around the world, selected for its quality, style, and value and stored in their climate-controlled fabric warehouse, is then cut, sewn and applied to create your finished piece of upholstered furniture.
Features
- Cushion thickness is kept at a minimum of 4.5 inches to promote comfort and support. Cushions are fabricated from superior foam and wrapped in 1 oz. or 1.6 oz for comfort and protection. All foams are made with environmentally-friendly polyol derived from soybeans and castor beans that require up to 60% less fossil fuel resources than petroleum-based polyols. Backs and pillows are air-blown with polyurethane foam or polyester fiber to contour to the body for maximum support and comfort.
- Springs are machine tested for durability and lasting support. A sturdy frame provides an anchor for good seating support, while the filling or cushion, augments it.
