Fairly easy set up. Looks and works good. However it came with one of the steel legs pinched. Not sure how it will hold up over time, but we let Wayfair know this is the second item that came to us that was clearly a quality control issue or perhaps they buy obsolete or faulty items from manufacturers at a lesser price. The other item we received was a floor lamp with a cut cord, we had them replace that item, but it’s always a hassle when you the customer have to do extra steps to rectify the problem. I we chose to put this item together and take a 15% money back on the purchase. So I’m giving the item and customer service a 5 star but the quality brought it down to 4 stars. Amy. Livermore, CA.
