• BENEFITS OF USING CLAY: Cooking with clay offers many benefits that traditional cookware doesn't. Clay allows for an even heat distribution giving you a crispier top and no burnt spots. The lid is not meant to be airtight to allow steam to release while cooking. Additionally, all moisture is retained throughout the process leaving you with a juicier, more tender finished product.
• VERSATILITY: With this pot there are endless recipes you can try out including desserts, soups, breads, and appetizers. You can also use this pot as a serving dish to keep your food warm which will also look great on your dinner table.
• CHEMICAL FREE: Rather than using cookware that could contain PFAS, a known toxic chemical, try our all-natural clay solution. The glass frit lining in the bottom also makes it simple to clean afterwards. Our clay line is also European certified for safe use including US/CA PROP 65 regulations.
• CARE: While soaking your lid before use is optional, we recommend it to prevent cracking and to enhance steam circulation and heat retention. Place your roaster in the oven before setting the temperature to allow it to gradually heat up. Oven safe up to 550 °F. Not meant for stovetop or grill use. After cooking, gently hand wash your pot rather than risking damage that could occur in the dishwasher. Microwave safe for quick jobs.
