This rug is power loomed in a unique loom configuration to replicate the look and feel of handmade knots. The rich luster and soft feel are the results of using 100% washed New Zealand wool. The final step that sets this collection apart from any other is that after machine production, all pieces are shipped to a hand-knotted facility and hand washed using the same paddle-washing and hand-finishing techniques that have been used for generations on hand-knotted rugs.
