Came nicely packaged and had all the parts we were hoping for ) *** IMPORTANT UPDATE!**** The valve isn’t thermostatic… if someone uses water while you’re showering, you’ll either freeze or burn! Looks sharp and feels like a much more expensive system than it is. The matte black finish holds up well and the overall design is clean and modern especially with the dual heads. The rainfall head gives a nice, even coverage, and the handheld is useful without feeling like an afterthought. Pressure is consistent, and the temperature control is stable once set. Installation is not beginner-level. You’re dealing with plumbing inside the wall, so plan accordingly or hire it out. Love! We recently redid our shower and my dad picked out this shower set. We were worried with the rain shower head the pressure would be not enough. Find yourself a plumber who will remove the piece in your fixture that keeps the water pressure low and this will be great!
