Durable, easy-care, thermal-fused laminate resists scratches and stains. Desks and credenzas feature one box and one file drawer on each pedestal. File drawers extend fully on ball-bearing suspension. The furniture has grommets to route and hides wires and cables and is equipped with interchangeable core-removable locks to make rekeying quick and easy. All furniture units are also sold separately. Furniture is certified by SCS to be in compliance with specific, indoor, air-quality emission requirements and meets or exceeds ANSI/BIFMA and ISTA performance standards.

• Cleaning laminate for everyday cleaning, apply a vinegar-and-water solution to a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth. Gently wipe the surface to remove any surface dust. Caution: completely dry the surface as the pooled liquid may leave a stain and cause warping at the seams. Do not use furniture polish that contains waxes and oils on laminate surfaces. Do not use bleach-based cleaners on laminate as it may cause discoloration. Spot cleaning marks on laminate. Apply a mild soap-and-water solution or Windex to a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth. To remove markings from the laminate, rub the marked area in the direction of the grain. If no grain is present, rub in a circular motion. Rub gently to avoid damaging the surface texture or gloss. Then clean normally as instructed in the “cleaning laminate” section above. If the mark remains, use a white ink eraser on the mark. Then clean normally as instructed in the “cleaning laminate” section above. Handling and caring for laminate. While laminate is durable and easily cleaned, avoid using hard-bristle brushes which may scratch the laminate surface. Avoid sliding objects over the surface to prevent scratching. The use of coasters is recommended to prevent stains from liquids.
