The vinyl tiles were perfect for our hardwood floor. The sticker is super strong, the vinyl are easy to cut with utility knife - just make sure you layer two coats of latex primer for vinyl peelstick flooring on the floor and wait 4-5 hours to dry before putting these on. I really like how the flooring came out. It was very easy to lay. I used a heat gun to take the prior tiles with a heat gun. I like the outcome, but I would suggest padding your measurements for mistakes, etc. I had several tiles where the corners broke off. I had prepped the concrete prior to putting down the tiles, so they did seem to adhere just fine. Tiles were easy to cut with a utility knife.
