Repair, replacement, or removal during the warranty period shall not include labor costs relating to the removal of the defective product or reinstallation of replacement products, nor any costs associated with removal, repair, or replacement of fixtures, hardware, or decorative treatment that may be associated with the product. Barron Design’s obligation to repair or replacement is limited to repair or replacement with the styles, models, products, colors, etc. Of the products that are available at the time of the repair or replacement, and are limited to the repair or replacement of only the specific product that is subject to the warranty claim. Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period in any manner or start a new warranty period and any repaired or replaced product remains subject to the original 15-year warranty period. This limited warranty is not transferable and any attempted transfer or assignment shall void the limited warranty.
