I am impressed with the look and feel of this 2 piece carving set. They are well constructed, feel heavy, but not too heavy to cut all meats from turkey to Rib-eye roasts. A lot of work has also been put into the exceptional design and premium workmanship of the V-Edge to make sure you see at first glance just how good it is.
