When I saw these chairs they were out of stock in both of the blue striped options. I got an email notification the navy was back in stock a few weeks later and I ordered them right away. They arrived 3-4 days later, which was amazing! They were packaged safely and my daughter and I assembled them. Assembly was basically putting the covers on and setting the back into the base. The fabric is soft to the touch, gives you a cozy feeling and I love that it is all washable. The chair requires some assembly, which only takes about 15 minutes to get everything out of the box and ready to sit on. It does sit a bit low to the floor but it is very comfortable and being oversized gives you plenty of room. Beautiful look and color of chair! Traditional style and lines. However I think there is a flaw in the design. Others said in reviews that it was a very deep chair. The bottom cushion is very firm, almost overstuffed and the back cushion is very soft. So when you sit down, you create an opening between the top cushion and bottom cushion of at least 1-2 inches. You can touch the back wood of the chair with your fingers. My low back was not supported at all then. Tried adding a small pillow and that made it somewhat better. Very deep seat which is nice if you’re putting your feet up, but otherwise my feet did not touch the ground (5 ft 6 in). I am so freaking happy about the quality of this chair. Online purchases are such a risk, for quality and comfort. But this chair nails it on both. I sink right into it in the best way possible. I was nervous about it looking sloppy too, because some of the review pics made it seem like the slip cover was messy but it's not and it steamed out beautifully. Best bang for the buck! I bought the three seater couch that came with (2) ottman's as well as the chair. The installation directions were super easy and I put them all together quickly.
