I make jewelry and needed something to store my tools, materials, ad gift boxing. The shallow drawers are perfect. It keeps all of my materials organized but visible. This goes in a closet when i am not using it, so the wheels are great. We were looking for a 12" deep console and found this one. It took about an hour and a half to put together, relatively easy. It's manufactured wood so not quite as strong as real wood, but will suit our purposes just fine. We wanted storage for a few board games, towels, etc. for a tiny vacation cabin. Is is a really nice bamboo storage chest. I absolutely love the size of it, it fits right under my dest perfectly to store my art utensils. It wasn't hard to put together in my opinion, and no pieces were missing or broken. It's sturdy because it's bamboo and it has a nice finish on it. The drawers don't have rollers so they can slide all the way out easily if you pull them all the way out, so make sure not to pull the drawers out too fast. I like how long the drawers are, even though they are not tall they still fit a lot of smaller or flatter items. It's the perfect storage chest for beauty items, art projects, office items and more.
