The Pizzaioli is our *very* Italian-style pizza oven! While all of our wood-fired pizza ovens are brilliant, the Pizzaioli is our most authentic model and is ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!). It has a wider opening and lower dome that conducts heat directly to the oven floor. Our best-selling Pizzaioli model and the Buena Ventura are the most traditional of our wood-fired pizza ovens. But these ovens aren’t just for pizzas! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! All of our brick ovens are HANDMADE in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. A thick layer of Rockwool Insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement. Our standard finish is white, please see our upgraded models that have a final layer of cork, which provides a very unique finish as well as additional insulation!

Wow- the new rustic brick Lisboa is beautiful and different from the other authentic dome pizza ovens! This oven is also the biggest (and worst) of all the ovens. This oven makes a statement! The rustic is also rotisserie capable. The Lisboa has a higher opening than the Pizzaioli, Brazza, and Buena Ventura models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! The door of this oven is square-shaped and is perfect for pizzas, casseroles, bread, and mouth-watering rotisseries. All of our authentic pizza ovens are handmade in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. A thick layer of rock-wool insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement.

It is beautiful. Large enough to cook several things in it. Had a crane drop it on stand and it fit perfectly.. Maria. El Paso, TX. Tue Sep 06 2022

We love the Lisboa! The new premium is an authentic domed pizza oven and the first model we ever offered. What we love about this oven is its versatility. Not only is it ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!), but it is also rotisserie capable. The Lisboa has a higher opening than the Pizzaiolo, brazza, and Buena Ventura models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. A thick layer of Rockwool insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement. Our standard finish is white. Premium hardware: the Lisboa has a traditional brick facade with a black non-rust cast aluminum door, chimney cavity, and stainless steel chimney. The door has a peep-through high-heat viewing window pane. Authentic pizza ovens never use a galvanized coating or zinc galvanizing coating on any of their products. You can paint or tile our white domed ovens to match your home or design specifications. You will just need to use a high-heat paint or adhesive. We recommend that you first cure your oven and use it for a few weeks and treat it with ultra fire (included) before you paint.

Had a group of neighbors over for pizza. All enjoyed. Worked great, but we need to look for a heat-resistant apron. The oven gets hot! Ordered by phone so we forgot to use our coupon for our very first Wayfair purchase.. Sharon. Old Town, ME. Wed Aug 19 2020

Wow- the new rustic brick pizzaiolo is beautiful and different from any other authentic dome pizza oven! This oven is also the biggest (and worst) of all the ovens. This oven makes a statement. This oven is the most traditional shape (like the Buena Ventura and Pizzaiolo) but with a different cast stacked stone facade. It has a wider opening and the lower dome conducts heat directly to the oven floor, which makes it ideal for cooking authentic Italian pizzas (in just 90 seconds!). It can even cook two 12″ pizzas at once! But our brick ovens aren’t just for pizzas! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. The Forno Paolo 48 Inch Electric Range in with Antique Brass Knobs and Handles combines power and style for the modern kitchen. Its smooth ceramic glass cooktop features seven radiant elements with 11,000 watts of total output. The total 6.70 cu. ft. true convection ovens deliver fast, even results with a 1,200 watt fan and 3,000 watt high-powered baking and broiling elements. A hidden bake element, bright halogen lights, and a large viewing window add convenience. This freestanding electric range also includes a 100 watt warming zone and dual-element broiler for precise, high-heat cooking.

Beautiful oven. Works great. I love having so many burner options. My only critique is that it takes longer than expected to preheat. Be prepared that this is delivered on a pallet and weighs A TON!!!. Jessica. Naches, WA. Tue Jan 27 2026

We love these mighty Maximus Arena and Maximus prime arena ovens, they’re an eye-catcher in sleek black and bright red! The Maximus prime is the big brother to the Maximus arena. These unique wood fire ovens are great looking and have an ultra-fast heat-up time of only 25-30 minutes. The Maximus arena weighs only 130 lbs and the Maximus prime arena at 300 lbs only. These portable ovens are perfect for a food truck/trailer or catering business, especially prime. They are super cool, modern, wood-fired pizza oven that heats up in only 30 minutes. Handmade in Portugal, these ovens are of superb quality and will cook pizzas to perfection in only 90 seconds. But our ovens don’t stop at pizza! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a stainless steel chimney pipe and cap, with built-in flu. Slip-in thermometer, ash guard, pizza peel, and a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! The outer wall is aluminum and the inner wall is stainless steel (double wall) containing a high-temperature special ceramic blanket called Rockwool which we have the international utility patent on, so don't be fooled by others claiming to use Rockwool. Stainless steel is superior due to its resistance to salt and water corrosion. The floor is made with refractory floor tiles, and the decorative facade bricks are composed of refractory cement (Lafarge), while the inside structure is made of forged iron, allowing this oven to stay hot on the inside for hours while staying cooler on the outside! This is your perfect portable oven which is why it is among authentic pizza ovens' best sellers!

This oven is great and not just for pizza. Pizza done in about 1 min.. Anonymous. Thu Dec 29 2022

Received my beautiful stove early and now just waiting on the remodel. Packaging looks undisturbed and delivery team kept me posted the day of delivery. Awesome experience. Upon installation of the stove, we discovered the unit wasnt working properly. Wayfair Customer Service acted quickly and gave us several options which included repair or replacement. We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. We received the replacement unit and it looks beautiful in my new kitchen. Wayfair excelled in my kitchen remodel project. I purchased all appliances, hardware, sinks and fans from Wayfair and would not have changed a single thing.. Cindy. Tue Aug 25 2026

Lume Alto is an upgraded premium pizza oven and is so fresh and beautiful. A strong shade of gray smooth cast stone facade that has a traditional yet modern feel. What we love about this oven is its versatility. Not only is it ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!), but it is also rotisserie capable (like the Lisboa). This model, like the Lisboa, has a higher opening than the Pizzaioli and Buena Ventura models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! The door of this oven is square-shaped and is perfect for pizzas, casseroles, bread, and mouth-watering rotisseries. All of our ovens are AUTHENTIC BRICK, not CLAY! Be careful of this when shopping oven brands- there IS A DIFFERENCE. Our ovens are HANDMADE in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of authentic fire brick and mortar, which is then covered with a thick layer of OUR INTERNATIONAL PATENT of Rockwool Insulation that is secured with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement.

The thickened cast iron material enables this fireplace to heat up and dissipate heat more quickly during use, and its service life will be longer compared to other fireplaces. It is also more durable. (Note: Since this fireplace does not include an exhaust pipe)

Buena Ventura Pizza Oven is absolutely stunning. The cast stone facade is in a warm authentic Portuguese Sienna sandy brick tone which intensifies the appearance of its stacked stone. I'm short so I was looking for a wall oven I could reach. The french doors is just what I need. The slide out shelves are perfect. There are 2 things that can be improved upon. The placement of the oven settings and temperature are not conducive to easy reading. I need a stool to read the dials since the printing is on the side of the knobs. Also, other than an oven thermometer, there is no readout for temperature. This is taking some getting used to but I'm sure it will work out fine. Otherwise, I love it.. Lynne. Harvard, MA.
