So far, I really love these barstools. The light natural color is exactly what I was looking for and does not look yellow. The wood grain looks very beautiful too. For now, you have me telling you, that if you are buying this for the Dodge Kitchen Island, and especially if you are putting the wheels on that island which puts the counter at 38" high, consider buying the 30" inch stools, Ok? The Mahogany stools are not as dark as the counter top, but the black would not have matched either, soooo . . . it is what it is; we still love them because they are GORGEOUS !! Great, sturdy and attractive chair. I would have rated 5 stars except that it came in so many pieces and was moderately hard to assemble.
