This chair is something you'd find off the set of Mad Men without breaking the bank. Delivered quickly, I opened it up to see the faux-leather feels just like the real thing. A bit firm, but that's what I like. Also, it's a definite two man job. My only beef outside of fairly easy installation was a few of the last screws could be pre-drilled. Love this chair.. Neal. This chair exceeded my expectations. I purchased it for my office waiting area and wanted something that felt modern, inviting, and comfortable without looking like typical office furniture. It absolutely delivers. Assembly was straightforward, and the finished chair feels sturdy and well-made. Unfortunately, one component was damaged during shipping and a part was missing when the package arrived. I reached out to customer service and was impressed with how quickly they responded and shipped the replacement. The issue was resolved without any hassle. The bentwood frame looks beautiful in person, and the cushions are supportive while still being comfortable. Several clients have commented on both the appearance and comfort of the chair, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, it’s a great value, looks much more expensive than it is, and the company’s support after the shipping issue gave me even more confidence in the purchase. I would gladly buy it again.. Comfortable and exactly as pictured. My only small qualm is there are what appear to be pencil lines on the cane (where the pieces are attached together in various spots along the sides and back), but the lines are under the finish so you can't get them off.. Giving this a low score due to poor packaging that resulted in both leg supports being broken during shipping. I have provided photos of the broken legs as well as the back and seat cushions. Other than the poor packaging this seems like a nice chair. I currently have the parts on order to replace so I will update my review based on how well they resolve the problem and my overall opinion of the chair once I am able to put it together and use it. Updating rating to 5 stars as replacement parts were sent quickly and chair is good quality and comfortable.. Caleb. US. Fri Apr 17 2026
